Free shipping across the United States

Every order shipped within the United States ships free. No minimums, no hidden fees.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on the way.

Delivery time

• United States: Free standard shipping, typically 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Canada, United Kingdom, European Union and other regions: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Order tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or view your order status anytime from your account.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged in transit

Every shipment is protected. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
